Code of Conduct

One document anchors all the others. Adopted in October 2025, the Code of Conduct binds every board member, employee, volunteer, consultant and partner of SAFE to the standards the organization answers to — integrity, transparency, respect for law and human rights — inside the workplace and beyond it. Its provisions run from women's rights, non-discrimination and countering hate speech to social and environmental responsibility, ethical funding, data confidentiality and protected reporting, each backed by clear accountability mechanisms.
