As part of the ongoing humanitarian response in the Gaza Strip, SAFE implemented an activity to distribute mattresses to displaced families in Al-Sultan camp, northwest Gaza, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and in coordination with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
This intervention comes in the context of efforts aimed at supporting basic shelter needs and promoting minimum decent living conditions for families affected by displacement, amidst ongoing humanitarian challenges and increasing pressures on affected communities.
Partner entities continue to work with local communities to respond to the most urgent needs, contributing to alleviating the humanitarian burdens faced by families in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
