Supply of Dignity Kits

The Gaza Society for Agriculture and Environment (SAFE), in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of dignity kits, in accordance with the specifications, Bills of Quantities, agreement terms, and contract conditions included in the tender documents.

Interested suppliers must consider the following conditions:

1. The supplier must be qualified and officially registered with the tax authorities. A valid tax clearance certificate for 2023 must be submitted.
2. Bid prices must remain valid for 45 days from the bid-opening date.
3. Suppliers must submit a sample of one complete dignity kit with their financial offer.
4. The required quantity is at least 1,000 dignity kits and may be increased.
5. SAFE is not required to accept the lowest-priced bid.
6. Suppliers interested in applying may obtain the tender documents from SAFE’s office in Gaza City, from Monday, 11 May 2026, until Thursday, 14 May 2026, during official working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
7. The tender document fee is 100 USD. This non-refundable fee must be transferred to SAFE’s bank account.
8. Bids must be submitted to SAFE’s office at the address stated below. The deadline for bid submission and the bid-opening session is Saturday, 16 May 2026, at 12:00 noon. No bid will be accepted after this deadline for any reason. Bids will be opened in the presence of participating suppliers who wish to attend.
9. The successful supplier must provide SAFE with any official documents that may be requested at a later stage.
10. The bidding company must submit a written commitment to issue any official documents requested by SAFE and complete any financial procedures related to the transaction.
11. The tender quantities may be divided among suppliers. SAFE may also cancel one or more tender items when this serves the project’s interest.
12. The successful bidder will be responsible for the announcement costs.
