Supply and Installation of School Furniture for Educational Spaces

The Gaza Society for Agriculture and Environment (SAFE), in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the supply and installation of school furniture for educational spaces, in accordance with the specifications, Bills of Quantities, agreement terms, and contract conditions included in the tender documents.

Interested contractors must consider the following conditions:

1. The contractor must be qualified and officially registered with the tax authorities. A valid tax clearance certificate for 2023 must be submitted.
2. Bid prices must remain valid for 90 days from the bid-opening date.
3. SAFE is not required to accept the lowest-priced bid and may reject any bid without providing reasons.
4. Contractors interested in applying may obtain the tender documents from SAFE’s office in Gaza City, from Sunday, 26 April 2026, until Saturday, 2 May 2026, during official working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
5. The tender document fee is USD 150. This non-refundable fee must be transferred to SAFE’s bank account.
6. A pre-bid meeting will be held at SAFE’s office on Thursday, 30 April 2026, at 12:00 noon.
7. Bids must be submitted to SAFE’s office at the address stated below. The deadline for bid submission and the bid-opening session is Sunday, 3 May 2026, at 12:00 noon. No bid will be accepted after this deadline for any reason. Bids will be opened in the presence of participating contractors who wish to attend.
8. The successful contractor must provide SAFE with any official documents that may be requested at a later stage.
9. The bidding company must submit a written commitment to issue any official documents requested by SAFE and complete any financial procedures related to the transaction.
10. The tender may be divided. SAFE has the right to divide the items or quantities among more than one contractor when this serves the project’s interest, without providing reasons.
11. The successful bidder will be responsible for the announcement costs.
